The day before I left for Brighton I was an extremely busy bee spending hours with a BBC film crew to create this video. It aired on BBC South news yesterday but for those of you who aren’t in the South of England here it is:

Having never done a news interview before I was very nervous, however I think the video came out really well and it has been a great asset in raising awareness of Elhers-Danlos Syndrome – the video I shared on facebook has already had 120 shares and 6.7k views which is incredible!
Keep checking back for blog posts on my adventure and I love getting all the comments and messages from you all – they’re certainly keeping me going in what has been a tough first five days.
