How can you help me?

Share my challenge on social media - using the buttons to the right.  Follow me on all social media platforms at the bottom of the page.

Help me publicise my challenge - help me spread the word and my press release to newspapers, radio stations etc...

Help me raise sponsorship - both for EDS-UK and to help me fund my journey. Do you know any benefactors? Have any ideas of raising money?

Host me - I will camp for the majority of my trip but will welcome any offers of a spare room and a shower. Please follow the 'Join me' link or see my 'Estimated Schedule'

Raise awareness - Raise awareness of what I am doing. Raise awareness of EDS and chronic medical conditions. Raise awareness of EDS-UK and the vital work they do to support our community.

Raise awareness that you shouldn’t focus on why you can’t do something, which is what most people do. You should focus on why perhaps you can, and be one of the exceptions.

Cheer me on / ride with me - I would love to meet and be joined by as many of you as possible. For more information on joining me please follow the 'Join me!' link and check my 'Estimated Schedule'.

Share your experiences -  give me advice from similar adventures you have taken on, how did you cope with the multiple days? How did you dry out your wet kit every night? What did you eat?

Follow my blog -  I will post a blog post every day on this website everyday, please check back here or like my facebook page to keep updated.
